The new card has my wife added to my membership, I did not make this change, nor was I contacted before the change was made. As a result my status has changed from gold to silver. How can I change this again and find out why it happened?
You would want to reach out to your employer. Generally most groups have it set up to include the spouse on Go365 if they are also included on your medical insurance policy. your employer though will be the one to confirm this coverage and information for you.
