Tried ordering the Garmin Vivoactive 3 with Slate but it is no longer available. Any idea when this might be back at the mall?
Items in the Go365 Mall are sent directly from the manufacturer. When they are out of stock the item is removed from our Mall in order to prevent a back order. Once they are restocked on the manufacturers end, they will be re-added to the Go365 Mall.
I check the Garmin website and it states that the item will ship in the 2-3 weeks. Even if it is on backorder, I should be able I order the item and and then play the waiting game. Please let me know
Also, I checked the Garmin website and the white Vivoactive 3 is back ordered for 4 to 5 weeks so why is this still available in the mall?
I apologize for my confusion. Although the items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, Go365 is provided a separate stock from what the manufacturer sells. At this time, the Garmin Vivoactive 3 in slate is not available in the Go365 Mall. The Go365 Mall is constantly updating and restocking when items are available. We would recommend reviewing the Go365 Mall regularly to see if the items you are interested in have been restocked.
