    I was trying to correspond with Alicia. Can't get my email to send response. Sorry. My question was, why am I not gaining points for walking.. And yes I do sync my Vivofit4. I

      I was trying to correspond with Alicia and my email says failure when I send. Why am I not gaining points for walking. And yes I do sync my Vivofit4.

          Unfortunately, there is no data on the Garmin account that you have connected with Go365. Since you stated that you do sync your device with your Garmin account, this may mean that you have the wrong Garmin account connected with Go365.

           

          Please sign into connect.garmin.com to verify whether you can view your current workout data. If you can, that means you have confirmed the correct login credentials. Once confirmed, please disconnect Garmin from your Go365.com account, and reconnect.
