    Why does my phone sync and record steps?


      Now I have another complaint I have sent the question 3 times!

          I am sorry for the frustration. Did you get a new phone recently? After reviewing your account I can see that your Apple Health is connected but we may need to refresh the connection. Please follow the steps below.


          • Uninstall the Go365 Mobile app
          • Restart your phone
          • Reinstall the Go365 Mobile app
          • Reconnect Apple Health


          Points should start awarding withing 24-48 hours after logging into your Go365 Mobile app. Please let me know when this is complete.
