On the app it gives a pop up saying that there is a general exception, and on the website depending on how i try to access the account it ether says the website is undergoing maintenance or gives me an access denied page. attached are the two pages. i have tried using various browsers and restarting my phone uninstalling and reinstalling the app. i have not received days of workouts due to this issue. the issue began on June 1st if i remember correctly.
