    Why are there gaps in my step counts for point and challenge totals, is Samsung Health and GO365 not syncing daily?


      I am using my Samsung device to track my different activities and recently realized that my step counts were missing for certain days. It started out as once a month and now happens as frequently as 2-3 times a week, what would be a cause for this difference? A sync issue? A loss of signal issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
