Samsung Health requires the sleep log to be manually entered in. You would need to enter in the time you fell asleep and the time you wake up on the following day. In order to earn Points you do have to set the activity on your Go365 mobile app.
- Login to your Go365 mobile app
- Select Activities
- Select Sleep Diary
- Select Set
This activity will expire every 28 days. You need to have 5 days in a week of 7 or more hours of sleep. The week runs Sunday-Saturday.
I am manually inputting it in Samsung health when I wake up and my activity
has been active for weeks but it is still not syncing. I helped my friend
set hers up and hers is working just fine and we have the same phone.
Please help me with this.
