My Go365 app has not logged my steps since April and I’ve checked my health app on my iPhone many times and it’s working fine, but the 365 app never tracked them. How do I go about getting all my points I’ve missed for the last 8 weeks?
You need to login to your Go365 mobile app regularly for the data from your Apple Health app to upload to your Go365 account. If the data is not uploading, you will need to update the connection by disconnecting your Apple Health app to your Go365 account and reconnecting.
