anyone else having trouble placing an order in the Mall? I keep receiving an error that it can not process at this time and to try back later. The deadline is today or tomorrow before I lose my bucks!!!
I am sorry for the delay. I can see that you were able to place your order the next day.
Bucks are good for up to 3 years from after you earn them and they do not expire every year. They will continue to roll over as long as you are keeping the same plan. Check out What Happens When My Plan Year Renews for more information.
I placed an order on May 30th using 6000 bucks and my order is still "preparing for shipment" 1 1/2 month later...pretty ridiculous I must say, this has to be a JOKE!!!
