One of my Medicare Advantage members (I work for Humana MarketPoint) asked me why they can't use the Go354 app on their phone. Why do they have to log in on their computer when I can use the Go365 app. Will this application be rolled out to Medicare Advantage members soon?
Currently, the app versions are not compatible with the structure of the Medicare Go365 Policy. This is something that is being worked on, however, there is no time frame for the app to be complete.
If they would still like to use their phone, the internet browser on a mobile phone can work to log into www.go365.com to access the same features.
