Why am I basically excluded from the sleep diary because of my natural sleep pattern? It is not possible for me to gain points with the sleep diary due to the restrictions setup within the program. The program states that I must get 7+ hours of sleep 5 or more days per week. On a good day I sleep about 6.5 hours on a normal day 6 hours - without an alarm clock to wake me. Yes, I naturally sleep 6 - 6.5 hours at night and then I wake up - no matter the time I lay down for rest. So I'm excluded from this program because of my natural sleep cycle. I call it blatant discrimination.
