I verify your steps, and Points, have been updated.
There is a natural delay that may cause no steps, or partial steps, to be shown until the remaining steps are backdated.
Please be sure to sync your device at least once per week to avoid missing data. Once your steps are showing on your device account, then allow 24-48 hours for the Points to be awarded.
How does that work when doing a 1-week Challenge? If, for example, the
Challenge ends on Day 7, but the steps aren't recorded until
Day 8 or 9 (your 24-48 hour "please allow" period), how do you determine
who finished where?

When all challenges are complete, there is a 72 hour window that allows for the remaining steps to be caught up and tallied for the challenge.
