Hello, as of yesterday evening 7/6, I received the “Login exception failed” message on the app. When I attempted to login today, my account prompted me to change my password on Humana.com. I did so, but the same error message appeare. On the Go365 website, I receive an under construction error message. Please advise. Thank you.
I was able to open your online account. It appears there may have been a temporary issue. Please let me know if you still are having this issue.
