Why are points not being awarded for my steps through the Fitbit app? I have it synced and have even tried to delete and resync Fitbit. It stopped recording points 7/3/2018.
Please be sure that you are syncing your Fitbit tracker to your Fitbit account weekly to avoid missing data. Fitbit can only send the last 7 consecutive days at a time. Your steps have been updated and your Points will award within the next 24-48 hours.
