I'm using a Samsung S3 watch and Note 5 phone both with S Health and my steps for 5 days of step challenges show zero steps despite the fact that my steps show in up in S Health! What's going on? Like Show 0 Likes •
Unfortunately we are not being sent any step data from S Health. Please delete your Go365 app, reinstall, and reconnect S Health.
When reconnecting, please be sure you are allowing all data types to be shared with Go365.
