Has is been 24-48 hours since you've last signed into the Go365 mobile app?
Please ensure you are frequently signing into your Go365 mobile app. This helps make sure the data is pushed over to us from Apple Health, and also allows you to confirm whether Points have been awarded.
I have used it many times in the past 24-48 hours. I typically log in every 2 days.
