I submitted my daughters dental exam, but it's telling me I've met the maximum points allowed. She goes to the dentist twice a year so I'm confused why the points aren't being added.
If you submitted via the mobile app, the activity was applied to your account. You are not currently able to submit activities via the Go365 mobile app for anyone but yourself.
You can, however, submit for child dependents via Go365 Kids on your Go365.com account.
At first I submitted it through the app, but then submitted through the website under the kids section. However, the points still are not showing up. I've attached the document to this email as well.
100 Points are showing for a Dental exam on 7/31/18, submitted on 8/8/18.
It's not showing 100 points on my end. It still says 0.
Are you looking under the Go365 Kids category/drop-down on your Go365 Statement?
