I am unable to create a challenge... I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing works. Very frustrating.

I'm not sure I can be more descriptive of the trouble I am having. I cannot
create a challenge. Error message says "Unable to create challenge. Try
again later." I have tried again later for a couple weeks. I have
uninstalled, restarted phone and reinstalled a couple of times. What other
information can I provide to you?

Error messages are specific, and often conclusive to the problem that is occurring. Thank you for providing me with the verbiage; I will be happy to pass this along to the technical team to clear this up for you.
So, I’m getting the same error message again!!! I have uninstalled, shut down phone and reinstalled... nothing. Same rrror language as what I quoted before. Exactly. Again, super frustrating. Also, not getting sleep points...
If you've reached your maximum sleep points you won't get anymore. I found this out as well.
I’ve never received ANY points for sleeping so that’s not an issue... I’ve followed instructions for how to get the iPhone / Apple Watch to work but nothing works... and now I can’t create challenges again... really wish they would get the app to work better.
Still unable to create a challenge... not getting any sleep points... and not getting any help from anyone. Good Times.

Are you manually entering your sleep and wake times within Apple Health each day? Also, do you have the Sleep Diary activity set within the Go365 mobile app?
Are you able to create a Challenge on Go365.com?
This is happening again! I can’t create a step challenge for my team. It appeared to be fixed last month, too late for our monthly team challenge. Now here I am again with the same issue. This app is becoming worthless to me.
I followed the instructions for logging sleep time on an iPhone with Apple health. It logs the time generally but I went in and reentered the time shown as in bed and changed it to asleep... nothing.
Christopher - I apologize, but Apple Health is not sending us any sleep data. Please delete your Go365 mobile app, reinstall, and reconnect Apple Health. When reconnect, please ensure that you are allowing all data to she shared with us.
Once the above is complete, you can continue to manually track your sleep within the Apple Health app (white with pink heart icon). You need to physically go into sleep analysis for each day, tap on the + sign in the top-right corner, choose asleep, and update the times. You also need to be sure that the Sleep Diary activity is "set" within your Go365 mobile app.
