    Logging in


      Why do I have to enter my password every single time I come to the app?  My husband does not have to.  How can i fix this? It is annoying.

          I am sorry for the frustration, does your husband use touch ID? If you have an iPhone you may also be able to use the touch ID option. It will need to be turned on in your settings and you will need to enter and save your username in the Go365 Mobile app. Once that is saved, you can select the finger print button and use it to log in.


          Unfortunately, it will always ask for a username and password to log in due to personal information on the Go365 Mobile app and the ability to redeem your Bucks.
