I have reviewed your account and I can see that your step data is uploading to your Go365 account. For more information on how step data uploads to active challenges, check out Why are my steps not showing on my Challenge?.
So you send me to an answer from May 2018 with a comment at the bottom from
your admin stating
"I apologize for the delay. This was currently part of a *known delay that
has been resolved*. Please let me know if your steps are still not
filtering to the challenges. "
"Fix" in June but yet it continues today with Nation Step Tournament.
Hopefully, someone is truly looking into this we have several with zero
steps who are putting in thousands of steps per day.

The response provided at the bottom was a reply to another members post. The information I am referring you to is:
There is a natural 48 hour delay with the steps transferring to the Challenges. When you log into your Go365 Mobile app, your steps will sync with Go365 within the next 24-48 hours. After the next 48 hours they are added to the challenge.
If you average about 15,000 steps per day then there will most likely be a discrepancy until it catches up.
When all challenges are complete, there is a 72 hour window that allows for the remaining steps to be caught up and tallied for the challenge.
