For some reason my steps did not import correctly on September 8 2018 and I can’t get it corrected and now the step challenge ends today. I have the picture from Apple health on how many steps I had that day. How can I get this fixed and added??
Apple Health app does not run on the same server as some of our other devices, the steps are kept directly on your phone, unlike Fitbit and Garmin. Because the server is the not the same, we do not receive the necessary technical support to pull missing data. Unfortunately; Go365 is unable to manually add step data.
Then why have it on there as a device that ”states” is approved and will connect??
The devices and mobile apps that are compatible because of the agreement with the manufacturer and Go365. Apple has partnership with Go365 to send step data for Daily Workouts. However; if there is connectivity issues, any data that is not sent cannot be pulled. At this time, our recommendation is to disconnect and reconnect your Apple Health app if you see a discrepancy in your steps. You can do this by uninstalling and reinstalling the Go365 mobile app from your phone. I understand that this may be frustrating, and I would be happy to provide feedback to Go365 Leadership for future review.
