If you are not receiving Points for your Health IQ Daily Quiz Activity Please follow the troubleshooting Post's Below.
- Make sure your activity is set on the Go365 app. It will expire every 28 days so it will need to be reset. To verify that your Health IQ Activity is set please follow the steps in this post below:
- If the Activity is set and you are still not receiving Points please verify that your Health IQ Account is connected to Go365. To verify please follow the steps in the post below:
- If your account is showing connected and you are still not receiving Points, please verify that you are using the correct email for your Health IQ account. The steps to find that information are in the post below:
If the email address is incorrect you will need to disconnect your Health IQ account from Go365 and reconnect with the correct email address. If no email address is listed that means that your Health IQ account is logged in through Facebook or Google and will not send data to Go365. Please disconnect and reconnect with your email address.
Once you are able to verify that your Activity is set, and your Health IQ account is connected with the correct email address to Go365, please complete the Daily Sponsored Quiz. Points should award within 24-48 hours.
I went back and I think I connected and did the same quizzes. Will they show up or can I get back counted?
