I have tried multiple things and steps still aren’t tracking from Apple Health. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, etc., to no avail I’m losing MANY points and have been for months because of this. How do I get my steps to load? I login at least 2-3 times per week.
I have reviewed your account and your Apple Health app does not show connected to Go365. You can follow How to Connect Apple Health for the steps to connect your accounts.
