Go365 is currently compatible with the Apple Health app. However; we do not have the necessary technical support from Apple to pull any data that is not syncing. If there are any syncing or connectivity issues, we recommend that your Apple Health connection. You will want to disconnect and reconnect your Apple Health app. You can do this by uninstalling and reinstalling your Go365 mobile app from your iPhone. You can follow How to Connect Apple Health to make sure all of the steps are completed for a correct connection.
