After reviewing our internal system, I do not see that your Apple Health app is connected to your Go365 account. Can you please log into your Go365 mobile app and check that the app is connected?
- Log into your Go365 mobile app
- Click "More"
- Click Account & Settings
- Click App & Device Connections
If it is listed, are you able to provide a screen shot?
Here is a screen shot. Not sure what to do at this point.
