The Apple Health app does not run on the same server as some of our other devices. In order for your data to upload to your Go365 account, members have to log into their Go365 mobile app regularly. Your phone will act as a personal server. Because the data is sent through your phone, Go365 does not have the necessary technical support from Apple. If you see a discrepancy or connectivity issue, we recommend that you disconnect and reconnect your Apple Health app to update the connection. You can do this my uninstalling and reinstalling your Go365 mobile app from your iPhone. You can follow How to connect Apple Health to make sure the proper steps are taken to update the connection.
