    Why have my points not been posted for the past month of activity?

      I am competing in the National Step Tournament, and a teammate let me know that my steps were not showing.  I signed into Go365 on the computer and on the mobile app and noticed that my daily workout points have not posted since 08/18/2018.  That is nearly a month of points missing as well as many steps towards the step challenge.

          I see that your Daily Workout data has started to upload as of today. Please allow 24-48 hours for this data to upload and award your Daily Workout Points. You will want to allow an additional 24 hours for the data to upload to your challenge.

           

          Go365 does not receive the step data directly from your device. The data will be sent to Go365 after you sync your device to your device account. We recommend syncing your data regularly to allow your data to upload accurately.
