The app shows that my Apple Health app is connected, but my steps are not being recorded in a challenge I am currently participating in. My steps are tracked via my iPhone and my Apple Watch.
I see that your step data has just uploaded as of today. We ask that you allow 24-48 hours for the step data to upload to your account and an additional 24 hours for the data to upload to your active challenges.
Please keep in mind that you will need to log into your Go365 mobile app regularly to transfer the step data from your Apple Health to your Go365 account.
What about the steps before today? Will all of them since the beginning of
this challenge be added?
