My steps have not recorded since the 12th. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it has not helped. How can I fix this issue?
I understand that you have already disconnected and reconnected your app, however; there has not been any recent data sent since the reconnect. We would recommend disconnecting and reconnecting one more time. Please follow the instructions in this post How to connect Samsung Health . This will ensure that you have completed the correct steps to connect your account.
I just reinstalled it again and made sure I connected the samsung health app as stated above. I will give a couple days to see if it worked this time.
After reviewing your account now, I see that the missing step data is starting to upload. Please allow 24-48 hours for the data to upload and award your Daily Workout Points. If you are participating in any active challenges, please allow and additional 24 hours for the steps to upload.
