      this problem had been going on with GO365, you never update my points correctly and blamed  that i did not log on to go365 often. In fact , i DID LOG IN EVERY 2 DAYS to check but my last activity was 9/7 ! I ran a 5 K , walk every day , STILL NO POINTS EARN! I am really sick of go365 keep measing up on my points & tired of calling go365! Horrible system !

          I'm sorry for the frustrations. Unfortunately; Go365 does not have the necessary technical support from Apple to gather missing data. At this time, we would recommend that you disconnect and reconnect your Apple Health app to update the connection to Go365. You can do this by uninstalling and reinstalling the Go365 mobile app from your phone. Once you reinstall the app, you can connect Apple Health. You can follow the steps in How to connect Apple Health to ensure a successful connection.
