My steps have not synced since 9/12 from samsung health. On 9/26, I uninstalled and reinstalled go365 app twice to no avail. Now when in go365, I click on 'S Health' because its not connected, and in 'Appp & device connections', I hit 'Connect with Go365'. I hit 'accept' and ensure the screen says 'on'. I hit 'Done' finally. It does not reflect a 'connected device' though. Before the 2 re-installs on 9/26, it was supposedly making a connection to Samsung Health but has not synced. I am afraid to uninstall Samsung Health and reinstall it since I do not know where the tracking info is really stored.
