Still not receiving points for my gym attendance. Been a member for years...got connected about a month ago.
I apologize, but you will actually need to confirm with your fitness facility. What they have on file needs to match what Humana/Go365 has. (Thomas as your first name, email address, etc)
Okay I have everything the same...name email phone number gym ID....still no points

This is still being worked on. Outreach was made to your facility, and they informed us of your correct health club ID (what was entered on the web was incorrect).
