Anyone know how to get credit for 3 months of steps not synced from Apple to the broken Go365 app? Go365 is a joke. Data is there, but the app will not get it. Smh.
Hi Brent! I apologize for the frustration. Using Apple Health as a fitness device requires frequent log in with the Go365 Mobile app. This is due to the steps being on your phone instead of on a server. The only way to pull the data is if you log into the app. Unfortunately, the only troubleshooting that we do have is to follow the steps to uninstall the Go365 Mobile app, reinstall and reconnect Apple Health.
I logged in multiple times during that period, but the Go365 app was broken and didn’t retrieve. So my points total is missing because your app didn’t work properly and the answer couldn’t be found in your community. Believe me I tried. I shouldn’t be punished for the lack of app functionality or customer service.
