This is a HORRIBLE WEBSITE/PROGRAM, I NEVER GOT CORRECT POINTS THAT I EARNED! SICK OF CALLING THEM EVER FEW WEEKS TO FIX , BC THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING BUT BLAMING ON MEMBERS !

I went to gym few times a week, walked every day, but NO POINTS or activites since 9/7 ???
Same with my daughter’s account, she ran 5K, walks every single day , NO activity since 9/7 ???
We loggin very often, all devices are connected ! I am tired of Go365, it used to be very very good when it was Humana Vitality !

I use the Fibit , your website doesn’ t give me the option to remove my other device
