My prior watch, and now my most recent watch doesnt sync my steps to Go365. My Garmin device did it with no problem, but these devices won’t. Have it connected to Apple Health and set to sync but I get nothing. Here is an example of yesterday.
Our internal systems do not show that your Apple Health app was successfully connected to your Go365 account. We would recommend disconnecting and reconnecting to update the connection. You can do this by uninstalling and reinstalling your Go365 mobile app from your iPhone. You can verify that you are following the necessary steps to a successful connection by checking out How to Connect Apple Health.
I did uninstall and reinstall Go365 several times and nothing seems to work.
For good measure, I just went through and did it again. Same steps I took yesterday though...
Can you please assist? Nothing seems to work.
