I got a new phone and I can't get my steps, which are in Apple Heath, to show up. I have disconnected Go 365 from Apple health and deleted the Go 365 app and then reinstalled and reconnected twice and it is not working. It is set up exactly as it was on my old phone. I don't know how to correct the problem. Suggestions would be appreciated. As a side note, my polar watch feeds steps to my Apple Health App as I don't carry my phone all the time. It was done this way previously and it worked. I am on IOS 12.1
I am sorry for the frustration. I can see that Apple Health was reconnected, however, if you have your polar steps transferring to Apple Health they will not be transferred to Go365. Do you have your Apple Health app set to track and sync steps from your phone?
