When I attempt to log in to go365 app it reads: login failed. A general exception has occurred. My app worked fine before the “new year.” Am I locked out?
Are you able to sign into Go365.com?
No. I enter my username and password hit enter and the screen reads “Hey there! This page is undergoing maintenance and will be back soon. Please try again later.” It has done this since October 1st, our new plan year.
When I log in to the app it reads “login failed. A general exception has occurred.”
