incorrect points on 10/7

Latest reply on Oct 10, 2018 by go365moderator2 shows 10k+ steps, but my Go365 account only shows 8 points.  All other days are correct.  I disconnected/reconnected the Fitbit, but the points for that day are still incorrect.  thanks.
