    Do I have any recourse if my Vivosmart 3 that I ordered from the mall broke after five months? 


      I have had this for only five months, and I was happy with it until the strap broke this week.  Five months does not seem like a reasonable lifespan for this device, and I was not rough with it.  Am I screwed or is there something I can do to get this fixed?
