I have had this for only five months, and I was happy with it until the strap broke this week. Five months does not seem like a reasonable lifespan for this device, and I was not rough with it. Am I screwed or is there something I can do to get this fixed?
Go365 has a 30 day policy for any defective items. I would recommend contacting Garmin customer support. Although the items are ordered through the Go365 Mall, they are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Garmin can assist you with more information if the device can be replaced.
