    I cant log into my account.


      I haven't been able to log into the website or my app for a couple of weeks now. The app says "A general exception has occurred" and the website has just been telling me it is undergoing maintenance for almost 2 weeks. I tried re-downloading my app 2 or 3 times and nothing has worked.
