I cannot log in “a general exception has incurred” message pop up. My poi for this week was not counted

Have you by chance tried clearing your cookies/cache and launching from a new browser?
Does the logging into the mobile app work?

I am having this same issue. I've updated my phone, reset my password, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. Website has said it has been under maintenance for the pass week and a half.
