Hello. I received my member card in the mail today and registered online but I'm unable to login. It just redirects me back to the sign-in page with no errors if I try logging in through the web browser (both desktop and mobile), and it says my login info can't be found if I try signing in with the go365 app. If I try to register again it says my account already exists. Please help!
If you recently became a member, it can take some time for the systems to become active. I can see that you are now registered! Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
