My Go365 app hasn’t imported data from my iPhone health app since July even though the apps are linked in my phone.
I did not get a new phone. But erasing and reinstalling the app worked.

Did you get a new phone around that time? Can you please follow the process to uninstall the Go365 Mobile app, restart your phone then reinstall the Go365 Mobile app and reconnect Apple Health?
