I haven't received daily workout points since 10/22. Nothing has changed in my device settings or login. What could my problem be?
Upon closer inspection, it looks as if the Shealth app had updated and turned off the go365 data permissions. Daily workouts are now updating.
Did you get a new phone or connect an app or device to your Shealth account? Do you see the steps listed on your Shealth account?
I have had no change on anything recently. No new devices, or apps. Yes, the steps are tracked and showing on my Shealth account.
