I have received points from my fitbit since I started using the app but now my PO nets have not loaded for the last two days.
Has it been longer than 24-48 hours since you last sync'd your Fitbit Tracker to your Fitbit account? There is a natural delay for the steps to get from one system to another. I can see that your steps have been uploaded and your Points are awarded!
I sync my Fitbit every morning. But, go figure, my points showed up in Go365 as soon as I asked my question. Today, I seem to be having the same issue. Steps have not recorded from yesterday or today. Tonight, I can’t even log into the app.
I apologize for the delay. Are you still having an issue logging in? I can see your steps are up to date as of yesterday. Please let me know if you are still experiencing a delay.
