The 365 app shows that it is connected to my Apple Health app. but it has not been syncing any data for over a week now. How do I get my activities to show up so that I can receive points?
When you have a device that is not compatible, connected to a compatible app or device, it is considered a third party device. Unfortunately, Go365 will not sync with third party devices. It will have to be tracked directly with Apple Health in order to be shared.
How often do you log into the Go365 Mobile app? Do you have any other apps or devices connected to your Apple Health app?
I have a letscom watch that is connected to the VeryFitPro app. The very fit pro app that syncs to my Apple health. I log in to all 3 apps daily and they all update except for the go365.

My Go365 device is connected to Apple health which is listed as a compatible device. It will not even sync to my Apple health app though.
I have read comments from other users in the community page and they were advised that Go365 should at least sync steps from your phone via Apple health, even if it is not connected to any other apps. Mine has not synced any info from Apple health. I look at the devices tab on the Go365 app and it says that it is connected to Apple health but has no data from it.
That is correct, Apple Health will send data. It will only send data tracked directly with Apple Health. If you have another device connected, the steps tracked with that device will not transfer.
Okay, The problem is that My Go365 account is not tracking or syncing anything from my Apple health. My Go365 account shows no activity since 10/24 but it shows that it is connected to my Apple health. My Apple health app shows activity that should be transferring to my Go365. Have you had this issue before and if so, how do I fix it?
What other compatible app do you have connected to Apple Health?
