    Account wiped out


      the app doesn’t work half the time and this last stretch it was down for 2 weeks. We have been collecting points and with the last upload of my husbands biometric screening, we should’ve gotten to silver to get out discount. When I was finally s is to log in today, the work we have been doing completely disappeared! This is very frustrating as we should’ve qualified for the premium discounts 2 checks ago. Please look through your files, reload our work and apply the discount we gave earned.
