Why does my friend receive 10 more points a day for getting over 7500 steps yet I don't?
Not all recommended activities are the same. Recommended activities are based off of your overall Go365 profile, which includes your Health Assessment and Biometric Screening. The system calculates what activities would be best for your activity level.
We are talking "steps". How can that be different from one person to the next?
I am sorry for my confusion. The Recommended Activities can vary depending on your overall Go365 profile. For example, if you were not active, it would recommend an activity to reach a certain amount of steps. This will very per person.
The Daily Workouts themselves, such as steps, would not very. You will get 1 Point for every 1,000 steps.
This still makes no sense. He gets more steps, is further than I as to what level he's on while I'm the one that has a higher BMI .
I am sorry for the concern with the activities. If a member consistently gets a lower number of steps daily, this activity may be recommended in order to motivate them to increase their activity levels. Once they are consistently increasing their activity, the types of activities recommended will change.
