My daily workout points are not showing up?
We are currently investigating an issue where S Health is not syncing data to award accordingly within Go365. At this time, the recommended steps to take are:
1. Try and downgrade to prior Samsung version
2. Wait until the next Samsung update
3. Use a different device to track your data.
*Please note, these steps are not a guaranteed fix, however once we hear more from Samsung, we will provide another update.

I have fitbit, not shealth.
Hi Judy! I apologize for my confusion. Unfortunately, I am only able to see Shealth syncing with Go365. Do you have your Fitbit connected to Go365 or your Shealth?
Yes. It shows on my side that it fitbit is connected.
I have both.
I apologize for the delay. Can you please disconnect your Fitbit from Go365, reconnect and allow all of the data to be shared? Let me know when this is complete.
