Over the weekend, my account was undergoing maintenance when I tried to log in. Today, I was able to log in again, and I’m still having the same issue. The website and app are still treating me as a brand new user with all of my points, bucks, and status reset. Hopefully this gets resolved soon, since I put a lot of work into earning my points and bucks.
